Highly recommended!!! I came in without an appointment (I’m a tourist), and the reception team went above and beyond to fit me in as quickly as possible. They provided all the information I needed and even made sure ahead of time that my nail technician could recreate the design I wanted. I was taken care of by Iva, who is absolutely wonderful! She gently removed my old polish and noticed some issues with my nails. She took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly advised me to avoid gel polish for now, which I really appreciated. Instead, she gave me an incredibly thorough and precise manicure. She was extremely gentle throughout the process and didn’t hurt or nick my skin at all, which is so important to me. All the tools were fully sanitized and everything felt very clean and sterile, which gave me a lot of confidence. Throughout the whole experience, she was kind, attentive, and very professional. I also loved the little touches like offering a hot drink and having a place to hang your coat—it made the whole experience feel extra welcoming. I would definitely recommend booking an appointment in advance!
