Anastasia Kuznetsova review

I’ve been a customer for over a year here. Last month I booked an appointment for 4 hands manicure and pedicure and mentioned that I want a specific nail tech for manicure. The admin called me and asked me if I could make it 30 mins earlier to which I agreed. I did not expect that they will change both nail techs for the job. So I didn’t get to get my manicure done with the person I wanted. Not every tech maintains the same quality. Additionally at the checkout time I was informed that I would pay 110$ for manicure and 110$ for pedicure. Although the website says that the price for the regular nail tech manicure is 90$ and pedicure 100$. I didn’t want to spend more time there so I paid what they asked. The services has been always great here but this was an unpleasant experience. Still go here for eyebrows with Anna. But unfortunately not nails anymore. UPD: After the incident the administrator called me, apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a discount for the manicure for the amount I didn’t expect to pay at the previous appointment. I am happy how quick and cooperatively the situation was resolved.
