Daniella Ambriano review

I think place is great, organized, and clean. Some cons or a few things that I believe need to be fixed. My appointment was at 2:30 I got there a little early at 2:10 I didn’t get in chair till 3:30… they were very sincere about the issue and told me it was because my nail tech was running behind. Completely understood. I came in for a manicure w hard overlay and I wanted chrome on top. then my nail tech said they would comp nail extensions, although I didn’t come in there for extensions after a while I decided to change to manicure. But I said ok no problem! At the end of the service I guess the manager said they would comp the whole nail service because my nail tech didn’t have time to do design (chrome). I was a little upset but I understood. I get to pay counter after service, and my bill is 97 with tip 120! Was a little confused what was offered for free the extensions? If so I am grateful just think they need to be more organized with appointments and times. Time is valuable and I think if someone were to have something to do after it definitely would have been an issue for others. Would have loved if I would have been able to what I originally came there for a chrome manicure. But overall, the experience was good. Clean, loved that I was able to watch a show while I got my nails done. And loved they offered coffee and water.
