M Studio is a rare jewel In the city. After many decades of being very particular with both manicures and pedicures and loyal to the technicians and salons with standing appointments. I came across this salon after being a loyal and generous client for 12 years at the prior. Whose front desk became far too rude for a long standing client. First impressions are everything. !! No podiatrist compares to what they do. It’s a pure luxury. Being a New Yorker , our feet take a beating. I have had several nail technicians here , all Great !! I just had a manicure and pedicure with Nataly. Meticulous!!! Beyond professional And her skills are above par. With that said. , the salon is clean, bright and a nice space that is welcoming. They have thought of everything right down to the stool for your bag. The small details show the care the owner put into making clients feel good. Also, a rarity is the front desk. They are so kind and welcoming. No attitude. Accommodating and supportive. Yes, it’s a tad more than other salon. However, you get what you pay for. I will happily pay to walk out feeling pleased and so happy. They do beautiful work. Unlike anything I have experienced and I don’t do quick manicures. I have been to “ What they say is the best”. Not even close to this gem. M.Studio is above and beyond !!! And hopefully they will Open more salons! Bravo!! Finally, someone who knows what customer service is all about. ( I don’t usually do reviews, but this was absolutely necessary)
