Long time customer - always perfect mani/pedi and always milky violet base color, lol. I never select a technician when booking, probably had all the girls do my nails at some point by now, and they’re all great. Never had an issue, never had the gel lifting/chipping. Yes, it’s more expensive than a regular gel mani/pedi at other salons, but it’s definitely worth it, you can go 3-4 weeks between the appointments, which not only saves you money but also time and hassle of going to the nail salon every week or two - plus, the work they do isn’t to be compared with the regular gel mani/pedi, this is another level. They never rush to get the job done, they pay attention to every single detail, and they will spend as much time as they need to provide you with the best service. Your cuticles will look perfect, and your nails will look perfect, for a few weeks. I absolutely love their work. And they’re always super friendly.
