I initially booked an appointment expecting a professional service, but was scheduled with a trainee. She was very sweet, but the manicure wasn’t up to a professional Russian standard, and the polish started lifting shortly after. I came back and explained the situation, and they immediately scheduled me with a professional named Natalie. She did an excellent job — I’m really happy with the result! I truly appreciate the way they handled everything. Thank you for taking responsibility and making things right. It’s very reassuring to know there’s someone to rely on, and everything was handled with a smile 🙂
