Highly recommended!!! I came in without an appointment (I’m a tourist), and the reception team went above and beyond to fit me in as quickly as possible. They provided all the information I needed and even made sure ahead of time that my nail technician could recreate the design I wanted. I was taken care of by Iva, who is absolutely wonderful! She gently removed my old polish and noticed some issues with my nails. She took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly advised me to avoid gel polish for now, which I really appreciated. Instead, she gave me an incredibly thorough and precise manicure. She was extremely gentle throughout the process and didn’t hurt or nick my skin at all, which is so important to me. All the tools were fully sanitized and everything felt very clean and sterile, which gave me a lot of confidence. Throughout the whole experience, she was kind, attentive, and very professional. I also loved the little touches like offering a hot drink and having a place to hang your coat—it made the whole experience feel extra welcoming. I would definitely recommend booking an appointment in advance!

Aya is an absolute NYC gem.💎 So skilled, so patient, and super sweet — she pays attention to every little detail and makes sure everything is perfect. Amazing vibes, amazing work. Everyone needs to experience her at least once 🖤💅✨🫶🏼

Iva is wonderful! She gives the best manicure and is so precise. Nothing ever stings or burns. Amazing for designs or solid colors. She never compromises on quality or standard.

This was my first time getting a Russian manicure, and I was honestly so nervous. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The front desk receptionist greeted me warmly and was so personable, which immediately put me at ease.

I was then introduced to Nara, the nail technician who did my manicure. She was incredibly professional, patient, and caring. She took the time to explain the entire process and encouraged me to let her know if anything felt uncomfortable. At every step, she paused to check in and make sure I was okay. That level of attention meant so much to me.

Nara mentioned that her English wasn’t perfect, but we understood each other just fine. Her kindness and warmth spoke louder than words. By the end of the appointment, I felt like I had made a new friend. She even gave me a hug before I left, which made the experience feel even more special.

And I have to mention how elegant and beautiful the salon is — such a relaxing and upscale atmosphere.

This is my first time coming here and I can say I throughly enjoyed my experience getting my manicure done by(Zoe) and pedicure done by (Jasmine). I honestly didn’t know what to expect but this spot is must go and the techs did a great job!!! I will be back for a facial on my birthday but I will definitely be back to do my nails and toes again. 😊

I absolutely love my nails and Deyla did a wonderful job. My appointment was on a Sunday night and I did start around 25 minutes after my appointment time but the wait was worth it my nails came out beautifully. I love that deyla suggested certain fall colors and I ended up loving the color choice she recommended!! Definitely going back because the salon is very nice and relaxing. She did a wonderful job with cuticle work and I never felt any pain or discomfort.

Malika is an EXPERT. I am so thrilled with the attention to detail and care each time I visit. This salon is beautiful and clean and the ultimate escape! Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend this salon enough! Such a wonderful experience, from start to finish. It’s super easy to make an appointment, everyone at the salon is super friendly, and you even get any kind of drink you want for free. The best part, of course, is the manicure! Nara - you are a star. Not only are you a wonderful person, but it’s obvious you excel at and love your craft! I’m so happy with how my nails turn out each time and they stay perfect for 4 weeks. Run, don’t walk to get your nails done here!

Iva is literally the best here! Been going for a year plus, and most of my hand designs she created is in the photos. She loves designs and most importantly my nails last 4 weeks! Overall, amazing customer service at M. Studios, which is why I keep coming back :)

omg malika is the ONE! she’s not just a nail artist but a nail surgeon/architect! i’ve been between salons trying to find a place that can live up to my perfectionist standards and can finally stop looking ☺️ visited today for the first time with work from a different salon (which i thought i loved) until the M STUDIO girls got me all the way together. not only did they repair and perfect my natural shape, but the attention to detail and flawless technique were next level. also first time getting a ‘russian manicure’ and my god i don’t know how i went so long without it?! my nail beds and cuticles have never felt so fresh and hydrated. also design-wise, malika understood the assignment better than i did lol. so meticulous and you can tell she truly loves what she does.

on top of that the entire salon is lovely and so comfy - phone holders & chargers at each station, wifi, full tea & coffee bar, season 2 of sex & the city streaming in the background, and the entire staff was warm & welcoming. can’t wait to go back!

First time here and the service was amazing, it was very clean and a very pretty salon and everyone was so nice! I was so impressed with the quality and detail that was used to do my manicure. My nail tech was Lora and I absolutely loved her. She really took her time to perfect my nails and I was in shock when I saw my nails at the end because they have never looked so perfect. I love this place and I will be coming back!!!!

What a fantastic experience at M Studio nail salon! The salon itself is very nice and clean, and the whole atmosphere is relaxing—they even have great coffee!

The staff is amazing. A huge shout-out to my nail tech, Shirin! She is sweet, incredibly talented, and super quick. My nails look great. She listened to exactly what I asked for, and they have tons of colors to choose from.

Whenever I come to MStudio, I feel pampered. Anyone in the studio could do my nails, but my go to girl is Aida. She did my nails for my birthday and she did not disappoint! Also, in case you didn’t know, this is my natural nail🫣 so you can see why I keep coming back. The area is also really clean and the workers are polite and friendly. Overall, this is one of my favorite places to get my nails done 🩷

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Arina is so precise and takes her time and listens to all my requests. As a perfectionist myself I appreciate when someone listens and is mindful of what I like and when I don’t like something she will fix it and make it perfect. The brow tech on the weekends is also amazing. Ira has transformed my brows, she is very precise and doesn’t make them super thin or take too much hair out. She works with my brows in a way that compliments my face. Overall always a great experience!

Margarita and Mila are Gods gift to nail techs. The best of the best. Simply incredible. *Chefs Kiss* They are both so kind, welcoming, warm and I can not recommend them or this studio enough. It’s cute and cozy and I will continue to come here as long as they allow me! My nails last a minimum of 3 weeks but I can usually push to 4! Five stars!

M Studio is a rare jewel In the city. After many decades of being very particular with both manicures and pedicures and loyal to the technicians and salons with standing appointments. I came across this salon after being a loyal and generous client for 12 years at the prior. Whose front desk became far too rude for a long standing client. First impressions are everything. !! No podiatrist compares to what they do. It’s a pure luxury. Being a New Yorker , our feet take a beating. I have had several nail technicians here , all Great !! I just had a manicure and pedicure with Nataly. Meticulous!!! Beyond professional And her skills are above par. With that said. , the salon is clean, bright and a nice space that is welcoming. They have thought of everything right down to the stool for your bag. The small details show the care the owner put into making clients feel good. Also, a rarity is the front desk. They are so kind and welcoming. No attitude. Accommodating and supportive. Yes, it’s a tad more than other salon. However, you get what you pay for. I will happily pay to walk out feeling pleased and so happy. They do beautiful work. Unlike anything I have experienced and I don’t do quick manicures. I have been to “ What they say is the best”. Not even close to this gem. M.Studio is above and beyond !!! And hopefully they will Open more salons! Bravo!! Finally, someone who knows what customer service is all about. ( I don’t usually do reviews, but this was absolutely necessary)

The Japanese manicure itself was unlike anything I’ve ever had before—no harsh chemicals or artificial products, just a natural treatment that left my nails looking healthy, shiny, and beautifully polished. It was my first time at Mstudio, I had mani&pedi done by Margarita. it was the best manicure I had in a long time, she was so detail oriented and my nails looked perfect after she was done. She is quite famous for her manicures but other girls were all pretty good too. One girl who caught my attention was Anya who did my eye brows. My eyebrows are very light and sparse, but after she was done , I had perfect eyebrows not too dark , not too wide, perfect arch and they looked perfect on my face. At the end of the appointment she offered to apply a lipstick on my lips. And wow she made my lips look like Angelina Jolie's lips :). I always thought I knew everything about lipsticks but I was wrong and the color that she mixed was such a perfect red for me. So 2 days later I made an appointment with her to teach me and my daughter her technique and I am so glad I did. Highly recommend for all girls, its better then to do fillers. 5+++++ Thank you Mstudio!

I went to MStudio for the first time a month ago and am actually typing this as I head back for another appointment. Needless to say, I loved it. The studio was very sleek and cute inside. It was also very clean and seemed well organized. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and welcoming. Prices were on par for what you would expect in NYC. I arrived a little early and Asya was available so we got started right away. I got extensions with a milky pink chrome color and they were STUNNING! Asya did an incredible job and was so professional & efficient. I got so many compliments on my nails while on vacation and honestly could probably have waited a few more weeks before my next appointment with how well they are holding up. (And would have if I didn’t need to switch to shorter nails for a work event). The pictures don’t do it justice (because I’m so awkward when it comes to taking pictures of my nails) but I highly recommend coming here!

Long time customer - always perfect mani/pedi and always milky violet base color, lol. I never select a technician when booking, probably had all the girls do my nails at some point by now, and they’re all great. Never had an issue, never had the gel lifting/chipping. Yes, it’s more expensive than a regular gel mani/pedi at other salons, but it’s definitely worth it, you can go 3-4 weeks between the appointments, which not only saves you money but also time and hassle of going to the nail salon every week or two - plus, the work they do isn’t to be compared with the regular gel mani/pedi, this is another level. They never rush to get the job done, they pay attention to every single detail, and they will spend as much time as they need to provide you with the best service. Your cuticles will look perfect, and your nails will look perfect, for a few weeks. I absolutely love their work. And they’re always super friendly.

I was able to book a last-minute appointment two weeks ago for some pre-birthday prep, which I greatly appreciated. It was my first time getting a Russian pedicure which I wanted to try after getting a series of laser treatments at my podiatrist to treat a toenail issue. I was wary of going back to regular pedicures and heard dry pedicures are better. I was so happy with the results. My feet felt so soft and looked great. Alex was very detailed and meticulous and even though I was a little sensitive (I always am when getting pedicures), he put me at ease so I could relax. I preferred to have some color so went with a pretty berry red in their regular polish. The studio was quiet and comfortable and I loved that they were playing old Sex and the City episodes. I also got a yummy latte, which was much needed before I headed to the movies. I can't wait for my next appointment, I had a great experience.

Today I got my brows laminated and tinted and I decided to add the lash lift and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My technician (Ira 😊) was absolutely amazing. She is professional, detail-oriented and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She took her time to explain the process, checked in with me throughout and made sure I was relaxed the entire time. I wasn't going to get my brows tinted, but I was like “what the heck, why not.” My brows look so full and perfectly shaped and my lashes are lifted beautifully shaving down my time to get ready in the morning! You can really tell she’s passionate about her work and cares about making you look and feel your best. Hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone I know! Booking my next appointment as we speak ❤️‍🔥
